Phase 3 docs bootstrap

Shared docs foundation

ImpanoLab documentation now has its own repo, shell, and starter structure.

This site is the first proof that a separate docs repository can reuse the shared UI package without pulling product logic out of the platform app.

Starter information architecture

The first pages stay intentionally lightweight. Each section gives future documentation a clear home without pretending the full guide set already exists.

Start here to understand the platform shape, first-run setup, and the shared language used across future product guides.

Understand the main platform surfaces and who each area is for.

Prepare accounts, access, and environment expectations before deeper guides exist.

AudienceLearners and program participants
Learner Guides
This track will hold practical, step-by-step guidance for people using ImpanoLab as a learning environment.

Document the basic learning journey from first login to active coursework.

Create a home for course navigation, tool usage, and personal progress help.

AudienceInstructors and facilitators
Instructor Guides
This section will grow into the operational handbook for facilitators, teachers, and content owners.

Clarify what instructors need to do before and during delivery.

Separate teaching workflows from learner-facing guidance.

AudienceOrganization and platform administrators
Organization Admin Guides
Admin documentation will cover the governance side of the platform without mixing it into end-user guides.

Provide a dedicated surface for configuration and governance material.

Keep organization-level workflows separate from teaching and learning guides.

The docs repo currently focuses on structure, navigation, MDX flow, and shared theme reuse. Feature-specific instructions and deep operational guides can be written incrementally in future phases.
